工作內容:

經驗專長:

- Degree in chemical, semiconductor, or electronics engineering. 
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in semiconductor and/or LED packaging area. 
- Strong relevant technical background (incl application and process know-how) and also commercial sense and skills. 
- Can deal across all levels of customer organization. 
Good communication and listening skills (both English and Mandarin). 
- Self driven, good project management and team skills. Can work independently towards a goal. 
- Demonstrates Customer focus and result oriented behaviors. 
- Existing business relationship with TSMC will be a plus.
