Responsibilities:
- Lead a full functional team of plant. The candidate will have extensive interaction with other division managers of the company, corporate management team, production/operation, Sales network as well as with external partners such as suppliers of raw materials, equipments and services, and local authorities
- Managing and leading all elements of the Plant P&L and operations/activities, including Production, Quality, R&D, Process Optimization and Maintenance as well as Finance, HR, Administration and the EHS functions
- Maintaining and managing high standards of operation by increasing production yield, reducing production cost, reducing working capital, implementing excellence in service and quality and respecting safety
- Coordinating and implementing capital expenditure for projects, new investments for the growth of the company, on time, on budget and meeting the expected quality
- Establishing good communication with external customers, understanding their needs and requirements in order to provide the appropriate quality and service
- Strengthening the team, and upgrading competencies and skills level of the team
- Coordinating the work of the different departments in a coherent team work focused approach
- Keeping and developing relationships with local authorities

Qualification:
- Must have metal stamping, plastic stamping, or plastic injection experience
- At least 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing management position in a multinational company in China
- 5 + years of experience on Mass production, High volume while low margin be preferred. Ability to know process quickly
- With prior people management experience, and the capability to effectively manage, grow and motivate team. Prior start up or line expansion experience would also be beneficial
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and be someone who can quickly gain respect and be viewed as a solid leader by subordinates and peers
- Energetic, mature, intelligent, creative and hands-on with good teamwork sprit and solid interpersonal skills. The incumbent will also have solid organizational skills, and be experienced in managing sizeable production teams including operators, supervisors, engineers and managers
