1.INTRODUCTION
Intelligent Manpower Corporation (IMC) provides total solution for HR consulting services to clients in Greater China including Executive Search, Temp Staffing, Payroll Service, Outplacement, Executive Coach and Retired Talents Recruitment.

IMC was established in 1991 by providing executive search service initially and later temp staffing and payroll service.  Its predecessor, “The Job Express”, first published in 1989 was the first professional career magazine in Taiwan. As early as from 1994, IMC has started to associate with international executive search headhunters and associations to search for the suitable candidates worldwide. In 1995, IMC launched the first job board in Taiwan: www.jobjet.com.tw.  Starting from 2000, IMC expands its business to Greater China and becomes one of the major players of executive search, temp staffing and payroll service in this region. In 2007, IMC further becomes the sole partner in Taiwan of DBM– the world-known Human Capital Consulting Company to provide HR total solution to clients. Currently, IMC has 8 offices in Greater China, including Taipei, Hsinchu,Taichung, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Dalian.
