- Exceed challenging sales goals and consistently maintain high levels of client retention.
- Identify target markets, develop and execute effective market entry and penetration strategies for diverse new products and services.
- Build sales teams capable of effectively executing agreed upon market strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and manage channels to ensure effective distribution into targeted verticals and markets, optimizing reach and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to enhance and enrich our solutions, ensuring they effectively meet the evolving market demands.
- Manage diverse sales projects efficiently and effectively.

- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in senior sales management, preferably in the information services, software, database, or internet industry.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, leadership abilities, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated, positive, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
